I am 68years old, been renting here for decades!! I have NEVER been treated so EXCELLANT by any business in all my life. The owner JOYCE went beyond professional (❤️) She helped me through tough times, like a mother!! Couldn't ask for better service.
?Hope and pray the prices stay MUCH LOWER than all other storage facilities!! I'm waiting for another 20x10!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LAMBERTVILLE MINI STORAGE ❤️

Called to inquire about the availability of units. Was informed by employee to call back later as they were too busy to answer questions and was hung-up on. It's shameful that our society has become such that customers are disposable. The more appropriate action would have been to take my number and call me back when less busy.

This company is a terrible place to do business with! They rented me a unit that was full of someone’s stuff then tried to blame me for this persons belongings missing and inconvenienced me with my time and money! Joyce is a terrible person to do business with! She never gave me the money promised even though I have a contract stating they owe me the money! I will be suing them in court! Renters beware! They are a very shady company!
