Kroger Pharmacy is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While the staff is generally described as very nice and helpful, the pharmacy can be slow in filling prescriptions. Customers report that the pharmacy often prefers to fill scripts at a central facility and deliver them later, rather than filling them on-site right away. However, the pharmacy will fill prescriptions immediately if customers call and request it, assuming the needed medication is in stock. The pharmacy's customer service is praised, with one customer noting they were able to quickly fill a critical prescription for Paxlovid when another pharmacy could not. The Kroger app and text message notifications are also appreciated features that help customers stay on top of their medication needs. The main complaint seems to be the slow drive-thru line, which can take 15 minutes or more if someone is having a script filled. Customers suggest the pharmacy should prioritize keeping the drive-thru line moving rather than filling prescriptions in the order they are received. Overall, Kroger Pharmacy appears to be a mixed experience - great staff and customer service, but with potential delays in filling prescriptions that can frustrate customers. With some process improvements, the pharmacy could provide a more consistently positive experience.
The pharmacists do a wonderful job and are always friendly and willing to help with questions.

Don't use the drive-thru cuz they take their sweet time. Heaven forbid you have a car full of kids and didn't want to drag them in for one prescription and they take their time on every car move as slow as molasses and it's every time.

Love this pharmacy and grocery store you guys are great at refilling prescriptions and have great customer service. Also have the savings rx card with you guys for discounts well worth it. After having a horrendous experience at Walgreens I have found a great place to shop
