Are you nice pharmacy for my local area. They're very pleasant and helpful. This particular pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy. It sets them apart. Not all pharmacies are.

called to see if scrip was filled called at 10 am they said was done but didn't tell us they were.closing at 3 pm this daywe drove 20 miles one way got there at 4 pm to fine it closed. VERY bad service .not telling us when we called they were closing early. Seem like they would have said something so we could have been there before they colsed. WASTED TRIP AND TIME .Do all over again.

The ladies who work here are very nice, quick and efficient. Small, sweet place. My only concern is the trash that is outside in front of their store and all over the parking lot. Whom ever is in charge of the outside should really clean it up. It takes away from what's inside ..

I am not one to post bad reviews but this was the most unprofessional and rude place I have ever dealt with. I called at least 5 times over a 2 week period trying to get some Information on what I needed to do. They told me they would have pharmacist call me back, never happened . So I was told to email the pharmacist and he would get back with me, he still has not and I have never heard from the pharmacy to see if I was even helped. Very unprofessional and the woman answering the phone waS extremely rude.

Best pharmacy, by far. Brian is awesome, he's extremely knowledgeable, offers great advice and has helped me and my mom out for years. The staff has always been amazing; I don't think we've ever dealt with a rude person here. Shoutout to Teresa and Tara! They are so sweet! The pharmacists are so kind and willing to help you with any of your needs. Their services are very broad. Even when there was a period of time when their system wasn't able to process prescriptions with our insurance, Brian was on the issue right away, and genuinely apologetic. They sell a variety of supplements and your basic medical things on their shelves and I think it's a fair selection. They always keep up with the times. Love their website where you can order refills, but also I sometimes call and leave a message -- the prescriptions are filled *fast,* unless they have to order something for you and then it takes a little longer, but they work as quickly as they can to get you what you need. Their communication is also top-notch on the phone and in person, including keeping you in the know about anything regarding your prescriptions that may arise. You really get such a personal, family owned, local hometown-feel experience here, versus going to grocery store or drug store pharmacies -- there is a vast difference and that is what keeps me coming back. I've been going here since I've needed medications and will continue to do so. Glad to support such a passionate owner and crew!

Not sure where all the break down took place because the young lady I work with seemed great over the phone, but nothing that was asked for was delivered. We chose to use Bedford Wellness Pharmacy because of the pill pack option and they could not deliver on that because the nursing home did not give them the scripts soon enough. Okay not there fault, but because my mother in law was coming out of the nursing home after TWO YEARS (God Is Good) I asked them to please at least make note of the time of day each of the 15 plus pills should be administered and was told that would not be a problem. Well it must have been a problem because it was not done!! CAN YOU SAY STRESSFUL ?? Very disappointed with my first interaction with this pharmacy!

A great local, family owned pharmacy!! This pharmacy will deliver and will go above and beyond to help their customers. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer your questions. They also are a compound pharmacy and can assist with your pet, children and adult meds which includes flavoring of prescriptions. Way to go!! Awesome business!!

This was my first time to the Bedford Wellness Pharmacy. My first thoughts when I walked through the professional glass doors was that it is a nice clean pharmacy. I was met by Brian, the owner/Pharmacist of the store. He welcomed me with a friendly smile.

Cozy clean Pharmacy. Professional and polite staff and pharmacist. I was looking for something that would help with my seasonal allergies. Brian, the pharmacist, sold me a product named Natural D-Hist. It is an all natural over the counter product. While still sitting in the parking lot I took two capsules, as the directions state, and within 30 minutes my sinuses finally had relief and I could breath without congestion. Thank you Brian, you have a new customer. Terry

These people are terrific! Very accommodating and extremely helpful. Their services are extensive and well beyond a brand name, chain pharmacy. I had no idea how they could help me until I stopped in and talked with them.
