Unable to contact during closed hours. No emergency contact. Re-thinking my decision.Insurance premium withdrawn out of my escrow account AFTER I canceled Homeowners. Upon conversation with Andrew Gil, he says it wasn't taken out. Credit Union says it was! Where's my money Andrew Gill??????? It's deducted on my statement!

A month before my homeowners policy was set to renew, this agency sent a bill to my mortgage company with premium increase of 31.9%. I received no communication from the agency that my policy was increasing so dramatically, they simply tried to force it through me escrow account. Upon receiving notification from my mortgage company that they had paid the invoice, I immediately contacted the agency. They simply blamed the insurance carrier and completely denied their responsibility, as my agent, to notify me of the substantial increase and/or offer me a more reasonably priced product.I notified them that I was cancelling my policy effective upon the renewal date and requested a refund for the new policy that would not go into effect for another month. They said they would issue the new policy. I shopped and found superior insurance coverage for 6% cheaper than the policy premium for the previous year.After 3+ weeks of waiting for my refund, I called to inquire about the status of the check. They informed me that the refund would not be issued until after the cancellation date and would take 7-14 business days (during the Christmas and New Years holidays). I reminded them that the new policy was cancelled BEFORE INCEPTION and there was no reason to hold the funds for a policy that doesn't even exist. They didn't care.Since we all have the ability to shop online directly through insurance carriers, working with an agent like this is for the purpose of getting customer service. The customer service was essentially non-existent.I would strongly recommend against using this agency.

I had a small accident on Saturday. We text Mike to let him know about it and he answered the text while he was in the middle of attending a sporting event!He instructed me to contact Maureen on Monday at 9a. I called at 9a and Maureen went right to work. She filled out the claim within a half hour and called me back with all pertinent info. By the afternoon my claim was solved and I had my car in the shop on Tuesday.How’s that for service!!!PERFECT!
