Marcy Myers Owner/Broker of Your Team Reality, Lakeview Mi has helped us find two lake homes in the last year. She is accommodating, very responsive and very professional. She knew exactly what we were looking for and offered us options that were spot on. Once we made a decision she help us close quickly. We’ve used her twice and would absolutely use her again. After a detailed search for the best realtor in Montcalm County, a title insurance company recommended Marcy Myers, the broker/owner at Your Team Realty in Lakeview. I met her for an initial consultation, liked her style and knowledge, and in due course, listed the house with her. To my amazement, it sold in three hours at over the asking price,Other than the initial meeting and the listing, I was selling this house from 800 miles away, so Marcy took care of everything. She was constantly in touch, giving me updates during the closing process. At the time of sale, she calculated roughly the amount of the proceeds, and hit it within $300 of the actual proceeds. She is amazing, and very knowledgeable about local regulations and who to deal with the myriad details of disclosures, types of loans (from the perspective of the seller).I strongly recommend Marcy if you are a seller--the cost of the realtor estate commission was so worth it for the value she provided. If you are a buyer, she has the local knowledge to get you the best loan structure and knows the value of homes in the area.Signed, Kimber Lantry
