Moved my tank to make refueling easier, price to move 1085 dollars. I dug a 150ft. trench for gas line by hand to save money. I get my bill, there is an additional 99.99 bill service charge. Ordered gas for both of my tanks to save on delivery charge. Nope filled house tank and was told I can not get gas for both tanks at same time....I'm retired and can't afford extra money going out. Probably going with different gas company when they are empty.....

Phone tree. was terrible. Could not talk to an actual company person, call went to a call center where hardly anyone could speak good english. It took almost 3 weeks to get a delivery.

I have been charged for propane I never asked for or received. I have called a dozen times in the last 2 months at least a half hour each time with someone who either hangs up on you or says "looks like we made a mistake and we will correct it in 1 to 3 business days" nothing ever gets done, I'm charged a late fee for a product I didnt receive and I have no person to call in our country to talk to to take care of this. I regret using Amerigas.

I used to be able to talk to customer service to help me with my budget plan now all they took me off the budget plan because I couldn't get a call back from anybody would recommend going to a different propane company.

Had been a customer for 37 years. They started charging us a tank rental 195.00 was the last straw. Last time I ordered gas they charged me 2.99 a gallon because we don’t use enough gas according to them. They didn’t even maintain (paint) my tank in years. Will be switching to coyne propane.

They will not check your tank regularly, we have signed for the top off or month to month and everytime we see them at best when we have 200 gallons or less with our 500 gallon tank. The website is essentially useless if you want to see anything. Not user friendly at all.

My finance called sometime LAST WEEK stating we were running low here we are Monday and outta propane and it's freezing in this house! Having to use are electric stove and such to heat the house. Even though they were upset bc we were originally going through someone else came knocking on are door (mind u the house we live in now haven't had anyone sense god knows when) and are tank never had a sticker of who it was through. absolutely rude people! They also said they would be out within 3-5 days and never showed! So thank you for letting us run outta propane! We will gladly take are service else where and we will be making a call for u to pick up ur tank. Ridiculous.

The employee that came out to fill the tank was one of the most friendly people I have met. Explained everything to me. Even gave me some tips on when to call in for a fill so I dont run out since I am not an auto refill customer. It really made the difference with my experience with you guys. He is a keeper, great customer service and even better people skills. Wish more people were like that.
