“On 6/29/24- my mom and I went into Home Depot and we encountered Zach. It was his first day in the paint department. My family has been through a great loss recently. Zach actually made my mom smile, laugh, and even crack some jokes. He was so kind and courteous. For it being his first day in paint he was knowledgeable and when he didn't know something he wasn't afraid to say it. I hope if you go to this store you get the chance to encounter Zach as he has an amazing personality and will make your day! From the bottom of my heart thank you Zach!”

“I stopped in to pick up items to renovate my grandchildrens' swings et. The folks in the hardware and lumber were most helpful. However, they did not compare to the ladies (Amber, Lin) at the checkout who went above and beyond to assist me with sale items, items w/o barcodes, and ensuring everything was properly scanned. This had to be the most fun trip to a DIY that I have ever had. Special kudos to Amber, who recently graduated from Lowes U. Lowes is lucky to have her on their team.

“I showed up thinking they would point me in the right direction for the stripped out screw head for my oscillator. Instead they ended removing the stripped screw for me and helped me find a replacement. Even more grateful considering the employee cut himself in the process trying to get the old screw out.I felt the least I could do is right my first review ever and hope that his knuckles are feeling better. They definitely went way beyond what I was looking for. I can't recommend Ace hardware in Pinckney enough”
“I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the excellent customer service my husband received last week at the Brighton Home Depot! At a little after 8pm On Thanksgiving Eve our well pressure tank sprung a leak! We were completely panicked because we were hosting 20 guests the next day! We realized we didn't have the right supplies So my husband headed to your store! I called because the store was scheduled to close in 15 minutes and I wasn't sure if my husband would make it in time! They were so NICE and understanding! They even stayed at least 45 minutes after closing to help him. THANK YOU so much - I am sure they wanted go home and be with their families but stayed and helped him find a solution so we could still host our family the next day. You all are the best!”
