“Very satisfied with the quick and helpful service. I had a dead battery with bolts that I couldn't get loosened, myself. The driver took the time to help get the bolts out and replaced the battery for me. He was also able to determine that the dead battery wasn't the only issue and that the starter had gone out too. “Waited over 3 hours for AAA never to show up. Called MetroTowing and they they arrived in under 15 minutes to change a flat tire. Didn't get the drivers name but was very pleasant and polite. I will be canceling my AAA roadside service and using Metro Towing in the future.”

“This place was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I'm so glad they did. Super friendly owner and affordable. Unfortunately my car insurance denied my claim so it was all out of pocket for me. This was the second place I got an estimate from and it was $500 less and said they could get the work done in 2-3 days and they were done in two days. My car looked great couldn't even tell it had been banged up only days earlier.”
“These guys are awesome. Brought my 2014 Cadillac in here for a weird electrical issue. While diagnosing they let me know that my diff was on the verge of imminent failure. They worked with me to get a few different quote options including new and used parts. I ultimately bought my own parts and these guys even installed the parts I supplied, which is a rarity now.
They do not provide warranty on customer brought parts which is absolutely understandable and they did a great job with the install. I will be recommending and returning to these guys for any future repairs I may need. Thank you for taking the stress out of my car repair experience, especially one as impactful as a differential.”

“AMAZING company. Especially if you are from out of town or a women and do not want to be taken advantage off. I was stuck in a small amount of mud. They responded in a very quick manner, and was able to drive the car out. Their price was very fair and appropriate. Another unethical company represented themselves as being in Rochester, however, they are based out of Pontiac and quoted me $310.00 I called Byers, and the lady was so friendly and kind and quoted me $75.00 and that is exactly what I was charged. I can't thank them enough as I am from out of town on vacation. Please use this company. Thank you for being such an honest companhy.”
