This place not only delivers a sub-par wash, they also like to commit credit card fraud. After a wash, they stored my AND my husband's credit cards on file and billed us for a monthly subscription WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. When asked explicitly if we wanted our cards stored on file and renewed automatically, we said no. They then did the opposite and auto-renewed us anyway. We called and they had "no record" of the charge (wait, what?), and I had to dispute it on my credit card - the charge was promptly reversed. Then, they did it AGAIN - we now have months of unauthorized charges from Tommy's. 0/5.

Exceptional cleaning, but what blew me away the most was their customer service. Extremely polite, addressed my concern, and did an outstanding job making sure all my needs were met with pure professionalism. Highly recommends this car wash.

Very poor quality wash at any price but especially sad I paid $10 for a car that’s still dirty after going through your car wash.

Always happy with a wash from Tommy! With the club I can go a couple times a week if I need to. I was even able to get the bugs off when visiting my dad across the state.

This might be one of the laziest cars washes in human history.
First you get to the gate & have to put up with the attitude after politely declining their monthly subscriptions.
After proceed to the wash where you’ll find yourself having to squeeze through two huge balls with no way of knowing if you’re going to hit it & B lining your tire up correctly, all while the employees are relaxing in the office.
Also if you don’t put your car in neutral right away everything shuts down. I told the employee before hand my car takes a second to go in neutral & just ignored.
They also do not clean under your tires, I verbally asked beforehand just to make sure they did & they in fact do not.

They do a awesome job for a speedy wash very professional and the vacuums are powerful enough to get most of the dirt off the floor.
