My rental place had a Slide-up door, that was NOT EASY TO OPEN, especially for a 72 year old man with a definite Heart Attack history. Even my 17 year old Grandson had a difficult time getting the door to Slide Up properly as it should have done. I am guessing other storage units there have the same issue. Due to poor Ownership maintenance of the storage units. All the Unit entrance doors need to be inspected and maintained properly so customers DO NOT HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO GET THEIR RENTED DOOR OPEN AND SHUT!Please improve your Storage Unit Maintenance so your customers do not have difficulty entering & Closing their rented unit Doors, Thank You in advance for your immediate action to my and others concerns!UNIT # 300049 or 48There are many credible Products on the Market that will solve the above mentioned issues.WD-40 in the tracks & Door edgesA Grease Gun & Grease to lubricate door slides and TracksResearch other solutions to solve this important customer complaint
