TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DESERVES 0 STARS! I arrived to get a finger print at 11:15, I was next in line , the worker (Micheal P) asked my appointment time I said 11:20. He said give me a few minutes, let me see if my 11:10 appointment shows up. He proceeded to take other customers until the appointment arrived. Upon the 11:10 appointments arrival she could not find her confirmation email. She frantically searched and asked Micheal did he have the number because she couldn’t find it. She asked him “do you have the number?” Micheal sarcastically responded “That’s why I asked you, let me see if I can look it up. He went to the computer and immediately got her confirmation and name??♀️??♀️??♀️. JUST RUDE!! So you waited for her to mistreat her?Normally , I would have left because this behavior was beyond my acceptable boundaries but, I had to have the prints done due to time constraints. After my prints were taken, I asked him why did he make me wait ?He said he gives a 5 minute grace period to customers. Crazy! If someone is late , and the next appointment arrives instead of doing the right thing which is servicing the current customer, Micheal serviced other mailing customers while I waited for his late appointment to show up. I wont even mention his comments on how I looked compared to my drivers license picture. Micheal P ‘s customer service was the worst I have experienced!!

Mike at Pak Mail was outstanding! I shipped my Mother's china to California. It arrived in perfect shape, and I can't believe how well packed it was. Initially the price seemed high, but after I saw the care that was taken with such a precious item, it was worth every penny. Thank you Mike!!! Karen

Had a 1pm appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. Instead of helping me, they made me wait for the full 15 minutes while helping other walk-in customers who didn’t have appointments and came in after me. Such an odd thing to do to a customer

I had a very unique shaped item to ship and did not have the right size box or packing materials. I brought my item into Pak Mail and the service I received was extraordinary. We retrofitted a large box to fit the item and then secured the new box with professional staples and tape. I feel confident my item will ship safely now. Pak Mail was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and you just don't get that level of personal service anywhere nowadays. I would definitely recommend Pak Mail to anyone looking for reliable shipping services and tremendous customer service.

I have been visiting this Pakmail location since 2021 and I refuse to go anywhere else. Mike is very kind and helpful. I have an online business and he always packages my orders with care! My customers have mentioned my packaging in their reviews! Pakmails shipping/packaging rates are also significantly cheaper than USPS or UPS!

Nothing but good things to say! I've had several things packaged and shipped. They ship all carriers, and the guy who's helped me is very knowledgeable and friendly. I like the store, shipping is kind of a pain when selling things on ebay, it's worth the money to have it packed professionally.

The man working the counter was very passive aggressive to me. I had an appointment at 12:10for an I 9. I walk in at 12:11.. He tells me that he had to make others wait for me. Making me feel bad bad for using my time on my appointment. The others had appointments at 2 o'clock. I need it this for a job. If I didn't I probably would have walked out out.

Have had a box there for a couple years, staff is very helpful, always calls me by name, takes care of me right away. Mike is very professional. Huge advantage over risking theft by porch pirates!!!

For a nominal cost, they can resize a shipping box which makes shipping so much easier, especially when you can't find a certain size

I've shipped a few times from this location. The staff has always been very helpful and professional. They explain things very well and answered my questions regarding shipment options, they've even suggested ways to help me save money by using a different carrier or packaging.
