We enjoyed working with Jay. He asked a lot of questions to determine what would work best for us, & shared information about the various mattresses we were looking at. My one complaint is that he didn't share the policy for returns until after the order was completed. Hopefully, there won't be any issues once we receive the items.

Newer store, clean, friendly sales manager. They had a good selection of mattresses to choose from. Bought before Thanksgiving so they guarantee the price should it go lower on Black Friday. Matt was knowledgeable and helpful and gave good advice about the warranty and prolonging the life of our mattress. Overall a great experience!
