FedEx sent me update for delivery time of 10:10am-2:10pm today. The package was tried to be delivered after 3pm which no one was home because I took off of work and waited around all day for them to not deliver my package on a timely schedule and the schedule they gave me. Tell me why they give that big of a time gap for delivery and then they don’t even come on the time they say. It left from Lake Orion facility and I live in Clarkston. I got no text updates all day about my package or emails. So why do I sign up for that and nothing is sent out. People don’t have time to wait around all day and not work for the time gap they give you and not show up. Then I called and all they said is well we will try again tomorrow any time up until 8pm. And when I said I can’t take another day off of work and I need my package all they could say was well we will try again Friday and then cancel your order. So why if according to the drop ticket time they were an hour past the time they said all day and then can’t get a hold of the truck that I just missed by a couple of minutes. But they can’t change it to go to a fedex store for me to try and get my package. I will never ever buy anything at all that uses fedex for their delivery system.

Wish I could give negative starts. Hold packages for days because nobody there will actually work. Both my kids birthday gifts never came. 2 separate deliveries.

Very disappointed with this ship center. Package tracked all the way here and only reason I found out it was “lost” was I noticed my shipment not moving after being checked in! Very difficult to get to correct service member to open an investigation to see what was going on. I finally reached out to company I bought product from and they shipped me a new one. As for the delivery drivers from this location are not very good anymore like in the past. Lazy when putting packages on walkway to door rather than next to door like they should be! Delivery time from this location are never correct. Get better logistics software or just stop providing times that are bogus any ways. Please improve.

Delivery tracker says the wrong address was on the package when it isn't. Now I have to wait until after the weekend for my package

My package was delivered to Lake Orion and somehow they lost it. What’s with Fed Ex?! They always lose customers packages and will not give you a direct number to the location. They are sourced outside of the USA. I will never use them to ship anything. Terrible service.

The worst FedEx sorting facility in America congratulations.Every time I get an update showing that this is the facility it's going to before it comes to me I know it's going to be late.Another package 3 days late this facility is the worst.

This review would of been a zero if I could post it. They never deliver when they say. Its always out for delivery and marked no one was home. Took a day off to get his package becouse it needed a signature. What a waste of time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This facility in particular is never on time. And if you live in my area and are expecting something on a Friday you might as well forget it. If you don't have it by 5 the driver goes home for the weekend and you don't get it until Monday, weather it was guaranteed it not. I'm honestly not sure how he even still has a job. It's gotten to where if I see something I'm ordering is coming FedEx I won't order it.

Horrible service! I can't even begin to describe the disappointment I have with FedEx. Multiple packages lost but marked as delivered even after multiple attempts to "corrected it in their system". We even request signatures on our packages due to the fact we are purchasing limited quantity items that can not be replaced/repurchased and they still deliver them without proper authorization. In addition, when we contact support they tell us that our packages have been delivered despite the fact that we have a ring doorbell that proves otherwise, it's always a hot mess. We are down 6 packages now that we cannot replace. I'm not sure what is going on over there but there is a reason why they only have a 2 star review...

This place has always been helpful when packaging and shipping items. Fair prices and great service.Side note - Someone posted a negative review about FedEx and I think that's a mistake. This place is a 3rd party (they are not actually fedex or UPS) but they will ship with them as you choose.

They don't deliver when they say they will; they are many days late. I took time off to stay home (to wait for package so it wouldn't get stolen off my porch) for nothing; the package never came. They then told me "package was put on the wrong delivery truck, an employee will deliver it on his way home"... but they never did. I stayed up waiting for something that never came. This was a time-sensitive item, and lives depended it on arriving before freezing weather. FEDEX employees are incompetent. I told their escalated "Resolution Team" to call the manager of the distribution center who promised delivery to me, they said they didn't have his phone number! I call b.s. FexEx issues phones to managers, so the number is logged into their database and easily found. A third grader could run this company better. Use UPS; they are competent and customer-service oriented.
