Promised delivery between 11:15am to 1:15 pm, signature required so I postponed my appointment for the doctor, they never showed, don't give a time frame if you can't make it, zero stars from me

horrible! tracking is a joke as well as delivery options. if you have something coming just take the week off work and don't leave the house. it will show up while you are in the shower and still miss the driver.

Wish I could give negative starts. Hold packages for days because nobody there will actually work. Both my kids birthday gifts never came. 2 separate deliveries.
