Way overpriced! Will not use Buckhorn again. My daughter was in a accident, her car was towed 11 miles, and they charged her $299, and all she had was a broken widsheild!! She paid without knowing she was being overcharged. I would suggest looking for cheaper alternatives vs. paying these outrageous prices from this money hungry company.

Great Towing company. I've used them for over 8yrs for all my HotRod builds. Had a new Tow Guy tow home my 1 -1/2 Ton 1965 Dodge D400 soon to be PowerwagonBuild. My family has been taking our vehicles to Hopkins for years and I can’t say enough good things about this business. They have always been honest and fair, but more recently, they went above and beyond all expectations. I highly recommend their services for all your vesicles repair needs!!

I’m a license CDL holder I got into a slippery situation in my semi truck January 18, 2024. I ended up stuck caused by slippery icy conditions on a steep driveway. I reached out to Buckhorn towing around 8:50 AM. I was told they will be to me within the hour which would have been 9:50 AM. No one has showed up I have called back to the company several times given untrue information stating that someone will be to me in 30 minutes after waiting three hours the 30 minutes past which now is a total of four hours, and no one has arrived to the scene yet, but that’s not the worst thing. The company is eight minutes away from the location, I googled the address to the Buckhorn towing company and the company is located eight minutes up the street on interstate 24 in Lapeer. the company is eight minutes away and I’ve been waiting over three hours unheard of.

Wouldn't even give you one star You picked up a jeep you should not have you were told it was taken care of. When asked for a receipt for the 500.00 bill you threatened to "lay you out". you obviously are owing the police who failed to do his job because we do not yet have the report for court against your threats

Tom buckhorn yelled at my husband surprised you lived this long and "I will lay you out" threatened his life for asking for a receipt. And the vehicle BuckhornTowing retrieved is more damaged than the accident. Good luck with this company.

Absolute crooks! Towed our car from Downtown Lake Orion during the Jubilee on a Saturday. Would not allow us to come pick up the car until Monday. Stated they were closed until Monday. Closed, but still could tow us? That caused 3 days of fees over $300. Not to mention they were rather rude and unconcerned over the phone. Do not do business with them. Just scammers out for a money grab

I just wanted to take a minute and write a review of the experience I had getting my vehicle towed with this company. I had a great experience and would highly recommend friends and family to use them. My driver Chris went above and beyond the entire time he was loading my vehicle. He explained what he was doing and he did an amazing job and I have a car that sits lower to the ground, the most, Chris made sure that the front bumper never scratched once going on and coming off the truck. Once again, I like to say thank you to Chris and his company for doing a great job would highly recommend!!!Services: Special vehicle towing

Tommy was awesome. I used this place through Progressive. The other company never showed after so they rerouted to Buckhorn. Tommy called with several updates on his way, and even tried to fix the tire first. He also offered to drive my family home. The tire was too far gone but I admire that he tried. Excellent service. If you get stranded out in the lake orion/oxford area give these guys a call first.
