Aladdin installed a new furnace, AC, and water heater. They were professional, did a good install, pulled the permits, and submitted the rebates. I am happy with their service.

Prompt response and nice service tech but be aware of the prices. Charged me $300 for AC capacitor that cost $20 and takes 30 min to replace. With such labor rates, I won't be calling them again.

I called Aladdin to have my baseboard radiators removed. I scheduled an appointment 2.5 weeks out, the morning that they were supposed to be there they didn't show up. I called and they said "oh yeah, umm I can get a guy to come after he finishes up with his other job". So 1.5 hrs later, the guy shows up and starts the conversation with "show me what you have even though I don't have time to do it!"
He came into my house I again explained to him exactly what I did 2.5 weeks earlier when I scheduled, he looked around and said "yeah I don't have time for this!" and in no professional manor. He seemed utterly irritated that he had to be there. He made a phone call to someone that took about 10 minutes, came back to me and said someone will call you when we can get to it, then left.
I then called the office to ask when I could get my issue taken care of and they told me that they would get back to me sometime. They never got back to me, I guess that's how they tell customers they would rather not do a job!
Completely unprofessional!
