Two days after I bought it, it threw a check engine light at me, called Frank up, no problem, he had it fixed in a jiffy. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's running like a Swiss watch. Really exceeded my expectations from start to finish, and I really can't recommend him enough.”
“My bf went to Auto Lab in Mt Pleasant and they recharged his AC and charged him for 2 lbs. AC wasn’t running cold, just cool. They told him the compressor clutch was going, and that his headlight wasn’t working because the wire had been clipped before they got it. Well he zip-tied the connection to the headlight, so he knew it was connected when they got it.
Fast forward a day and his buddy recommended Jim’s Body Shop. He took him in on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. AC wasn’t fully charged and was missing an orifice. Jim fixed it thoroughly and washed the condenser. Knew what he was doing and was fantastic to work with. Thanks Jim!”

“Hit a deer and smashed front passenger side. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to do anything with that. Gave me a FREE loaner vehicle while they had mine in the shop. Then when I picked up my vehicle I was thrilled to find out they gave it a complimentary professional grade detail cleaning inside and out. They even got out stains from four years ago in the interior. Not even a month later I had a mechanical issue on the side of the road so I called them, they towed it in and fixed it in a timely manner and my tow only cost around 100 bucks. I had a small concern with my door after the body shop portion of my experience and called them and they said "bring it in" and addressed the issue at no additional charge while reminding me that they always stand behind their work. Would recommend before any other place”
