There was a lot of ups and downs when starting our service. But through it all the company staff worked hard to get the issues resolved. We have enjoyed the persons who have filled our propane tank up and service it. The call in has improved, along with the customer care. Thank you.

Delivery was made in a timely fashion in the time frame indicated in the confirmation e-mail.The delivery personnel Mr. Anderson was friendly and informative as we are new to being a propane customer. The app used to request refill was quick and easy.Thanks for the service.

I have been extremely disappointed this winter season. We are on a top off program and it was our understanding that at 60% we are supposed to be filled. It has been consistent in every top off this winter season that it has been well below the 60% finally getting a top off. And that is after several calls to get it done. I’m not sure if you’ve outsourced your customer service calls , but every time I’ve called it’s been extremely difficult to talk with the person about the top off program.Very disappointed customer here.

As long-standing Holton Amerigas customers, we switched providers for numerous reasons, one being the change to an overseas call center and lack of communication with the local office. For 3 months, Amerigas has ignored our requests to remove their old tank from our property despite 5 calls to the overseas Call Center. This blatant inaction has confirmed the decision to leave Amerigas was the correct one.

Terrible experience via the 800 number. Call center employees are not able to complete basic tasks...offer assistance with no follow through. Can't get hold of a local person to get questions answered or services provided.

This was pretty good before they were bought by AmeriGas. Ordered propane well in advance, delivery day came and due to rain storm the night before and ice the next, driver couldn't make it up the driveway. Had an operator tell me they couldn't hear me after 2 calls and hang up both times, yet everyone else could hear me fine. Main office told us they can get us on for the next day if we cleared up the driveway. Cleared driveway and called to ensure we were on the route the next day. No accommodations were made as said previously. was told they would get us in as we already prepaid for the delivery. At 4pm called again to check as I was told I would receive a call as per delivery and no call was made. Was told it would take an extra week now instead of as described before. Wife called later and spoke to a "manager" that the customer service representative was previously saying was unavailable and got the same "we cant hear you" schtick. After this gets delivered we plan to switch companies.

Holton's has been consistently friendly and punctual with deliveries for the 11 years I've been a customer. When I first moved into my house I spoke to a different company about service and was met with a very rude and condescending salesperson. I then chose to call Holton's on recommendation and since then I've been a loyal happy customer.

Overpriced compared to competitors and now they charge you to come and get an empty tank when you stop doing business with them
