Staff is always friendly and helpful . Only on occasion do they have trouble with delivery roomates mail to our mailbox but it's usually due to new staff.

Really quick to return packages, but they sure can deliver junk mail with no problem. Could the process be reversed and mail and packages get delivered and return the junk mail?

Instead of the clerk addressing a label issue with amazon everything is being returned without notice to the resident or amazon. this means amazon customers will not received items they believe are intended to arrive. Tracking remains in Kingsley and you will have to process a refund for a lost item... and then shop for an item that doesn't require USPS. It would be too proactive to see an issue and address it rather than return ALL items. What a mess. I am embarrassed for the lack of fwd thinking.

Cheryl or Sheryl keeps this post office neat, clean, and even a little stylish. I’ve never been to a post office kept so beautiful. Thank you for helping me return a purchase, and for going above and beyond at your institutional job. It was a treat for me today!

It's a post office! They mail things lolStaff used to be rude, but they've got some new hires in the past year that are really nice and patient.The closed lunch hour is totally inconvenient, but everyone has to eat. Not sure why they can't have staff eat at different times and remain open?Just thankful to have a post office nearby.

Absolutely rude as others have said! Not helpful whatsoever and the eye rolling was over the top. Simply asked to get my package and it was a major deal for the two men. If you are miserable at your job, get a new one.

Everytime I go to drop off packages the ladies are amazing. They always help me through my transactions and suggest options vs just charging me for my first choice.
