One of the few mechanics in the area that I would recommend. They are honest, affordable, and the quality of work is excellent. It can be rare to find all three qualities in a shop. Before they work on your car they call to tell you the diagnosis of your problem and the price of the work. This way there's no surprises and if something goes wrong they let you know. These folks know what they are talking about.

I just moved back to Northern Michigan and was referred to MDS when I asked who was the best and most trustworthy mechanic around.
They got my car in as soon as they could and when it was a bigger problem than anticipated they worked with me to get it taken care of ASAP.
They went above and beyond to make sure that my car and I were well taken care of! As long as I am living in the area I will go to no one else!
