My favorite place in the area...well it's paradise and it's beautiful. And not over used. It's a beautiful hideaway that so many people miss. The trails are beautiful and well maintained. It's a little slice of paradise.

We went there to do some trout fishing and were told by an elderly couple that the pond is now stagnant because they stopped dredging it and basically let it go. Nice place other than thatPlayground: Small with minimal equipmentRestrooms: Vault toilets but taken care ofPicnic area: Pavilion with tables and even a fireplace

Beautiful park! There is a pavilion with a fire pit/grill area right in the pavilion. Restrooms are behind the pavilion, and look to be kept up and cleaned frequently! This is a PERFECT location for photos, hiking, birthday parties, and just about anything! My kids loved to play near the creek and the pond, we also hiked to the top where the landing is. Beautiful view! On our way up, there was a little water fall and a bridge over it, which the kiddos also loved. Will be coming back!

Nice small hiking trails, old railroad equipment, multiple ponds, something that looks like a waterfall but is probably sewage treatment.

What a hidden gem just a stones throw from M37. We had a great time taking the grandkids for a picnic. Followed by a walk near the pond and spillway.

Historic 1890 lumbering site with Mill Pond and observation platform from the Old Rollway offering a beautiful views. The Mill Pond has been a favorite spot for generations of trout fishermen. Swainston Creek has marsh marigolds, water cress and wood ferns. The High Ridge trail has many types of spring flowers such as trillium and polygala.
