“Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee. “Been going there for years for not only oil changes but car washes too. They are quick and friendly. I am seeing new faces lately but that does not change the service provided. I ask for full service oil change and they check your filters, wipers, put air in tires, offer tire rotations, clean your windshield while you are waiting, and give a free car wash. More importantly they go over the paperwork with you. More services are available per request. Thanks everyone.”
