Thumb Auto has always treated my family and I great. They are always available, quick to fix, knowledgeable and willing to work with you throughout the process. For instance, our water-pump went out on our Jeep on vacation. My wife and I we were trying to save some money, so we asked if we could buy the waterpump ourselves and he was more than happy to install it for us and just charge the labor to fix it. I trust him with every vehicle we have and because of the generosity he showed us and the willingness to be creative in getting our business, he will always be our mechanic.
