“I switched to this pharmacy about 4 years ago and for about the first year I was met with struggle after struggle. Multiple different scenarios creating a lot of frustration. As for the past few years things have gotten about 80% better. The problem that exists now is the inconsistent telephone alerts signifying when you're prescription is ready for pickup. They have changed the way they do things a couple times. First, you'd get a robo caller that calls you, but now you get a TEXT message, 2 thumbs up for that! BUT, just like the phone calls, you just might NOT get one and therefore your prescription has been waiting for you for a couple days, etc. As of a couple weeks ago they changed their automated prescription refill system. This is so very annoying! It takes forever between adding prescriptions; the system has to "look up your prescription" and who knows if you're still supposed to press the # sign. Note that if you do I think it speeds up the robot lol. WHP, PLEASE change your automated system to be a little more user friendly. ?”

All of them were different as to how they processed my scripts. I have an excellent secondary co-pay also. They never wanted to go thru the time to process it for my financial benefit. Many of them just told me that my insurance only paid the certain amount which I new better. 85 percent of the time I had to wait for them to process it correctly. I switched to Meijers. When I picked up my meds, they made me wait for over 20 minutes or come back the next day for my secondary co-pay to be approved. Most of the time I just paid it out of pocket so that I wouldn't have to come back. CVS has their act together! They have been very helpful and professional in making sure it was done to my satisfaction.”
