I purchased my car a few years ago, Since then I have had problems, Every time I bring my car to the shop they can't find anything wrong yet when I leave I still have to deal with the problem, I have full coverage and a warranty and yet still it's like pulling teeth to get my car in and get a rental car, This is the first thing I have ever financed for myself, One of the worst decisions I've ever made, this shop has no care to actually get to the problem, I literally sent over a video of me driving on the freeway and my car not accelerating, Still nothing could be done, It's just amazing to me how mechanics there can't seem to figure out what the problem is and yet there is a problem. Charlie was pleasant to talk to aside from that customer service sucks Stacy has been nice but still no fix to the problems, I was even promised that my windshield would be fixed because there was a crack in it when I purchased it and yet there's still a crack in it. I was told I could refinance after a year to get lower payments just to make Larger payment than what was required only nobody specified that you needed to make your regular payment and then pay the additional on the premium only, I wasted a year Paying over not realizing that I wasn't paying under premium. I'm a hard working mother of 6 and a caregiver to my brother with stage 4 renal failure, I actually care about people and their well being, this company is horrible.

Went last week of February to get a truck to pull over 7500lbs
I personally not know much of anything didn't think to question it so my bad. I assumed telling them what I wanted to use the truck for would of been a good indicator of what I wanted.
I gave them 10k down on a down-payment in cash! And finding out today when going to get a hitch put on that the truck can only pull about 6100lbs.
Not only that I already had to take it to service because of lights on for the air bag not working. Will never go there again. I need a sales person who actually listens and helps me find what I need.

I would NOT buy a car from these guys EVER again! Bought a vehicle in November from them and STILL waiting on our title! So many balls dropped on their end after we agreed to the purchase of the vehicle. They were dishonest about the down payment, sales person left us as soon as we agreed to the purchase, they NEVER went over the warranty (just gave us the warranty paperwork and said you can read it when you have a chance), mailed our title to the wrong address (after my wife called them and verified they had the correct address), title fee was supposed to be included in the $9k we put down only to be told we had to pay ANOTHER $153 for the title fee which we refused to pay since we were told nothing about the extra fee and that everything was included in the down payment, told us we did not need to have a lien holder listed on the insurance since we were purchasing GAP insurance of an EXTRA $600 through them. Their sales people are just slimy and under handed. I love the car (even though they told us on the phone we would be looking at an Acadia we were never shown an Acadia). We were shown 2 cars. 1 was a smaller SUV that was just junk or a 2022 Equinox (that my wife specifically told them before we came to look at vehicles she did NOT want). We decided to get the Equinox but it did not have the 3rd row seating which we specifically told them we waited a week before we went to look at cars. Should have trusted my gut and walked away. That’s on us. The rest of it is on them and we will never go back. Unless it’s to shove this car straight up someone’s $&#. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I would to give a big shout to Steve , Mike and Jim!! They help my spouse and I to get a car with in our budget. When shouted up on the lot we was not hounded mike other centers we looked and found what we wanted and they helped make the deal painless and easy!! This team has our business from here and out! I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and I also got a 90 warranty on the motor and trans the first week I had it. I had to fight with them to change out a water pump that was leaking and then a week after that I told them it needed new lifters and crank and they didnt replace them. They told me it was fine and then I also had to put another $2,000 into the vehicle to make it roadworthy again. Upper control arms were bad and the manifold bolts were snapped off and they wouldn't pay for none of that. They told me they put enough money into it out of their pocket. Although I had extended warranty on the motor and trans the only thing they did put a water pump in after 2 weeks of arguing with them and I told the owner about everything that was wrong with the vehicle and his reply was I had to buy a new transmission for your trade in and we got screwed on that because I have to fork out more money which the transmission was perfectly fine when I traded my old vehicle in and before I sign the paperwork they told me the used vehicle that I bought was $6,000? And after I got done signing I looked at it closer after I got home and I end up paying $12,500 for the used vehicle that I had to put more money into it I am still very upset. 8 months later I wouldn't be so upset if they fix the problems the vehicle has.. the gentleman that sold me the vehicle I feel he took me for a ride with this purchase (100% dissatisfied) so my recommendation if you're thinking about buying a vehicle from Michaels you better take it to another dealership or a garage to get it checked out 100% because if you don't you will end up with a very expensive paper weight you still would have to pay for

Highly recommend going here if looking for used vehicles. They have a large selection of vehicles and good prices compared to other dealers in the area. This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them. All have been great.
