I cannot express how amazing Tracy in the paint department is. I needed a lot of paint for a big project, and she helped me so much over multiple days and visits with color, and finding creative options to get the paint I needed and at a fantastic price. Her level of customer service is something you cannot find anymore in most places. I will be back and will recommend her and Lumberjack to anyone who needs paint or stain.

Most of the staff were unavailable, hanging around the cash register up front in the center aisle up front I called customer service. There were many (older) people in the aisle looking for things, but no one to help them. When I asked a middle-aged woman who looked like she couldn't be bothered (out of desperation), as she walked by from the back -she became irate.She asked me what I wanted and when I told her, she started becoming very body expressive by waving her hands in my face. I had never seen her before but her behavior was so inappropriate that I told her to forget it.And when she left there was another guy in the same aisle nearby, who also needed help, so I asked him for help instead, as he was dressed as someone who might work in the trades.And even though he was not staff, he helped me. When I went to the front there was a very young kid working the register, with a burly man who had tattoos all over his forearms, and an attitude and he acted more like a bouncer in a bar, than someone hired to help people in a hardware store.Aside from watching the kid, he did NOTHING to help me, or anyone else. If I didn't know better I somehow got the feeling that he was somehow related or dating the broad with the bad attitude and he got wind of what happened earlier, and now HE was giving me an attitude. It was just one of those -YOU HAD TO BE THEIR MOMENTS. Here is my receipt for proof of purchase and date.

I called the store about having duplicate keys or spares made for the Jeep I was driving and a Chevy no problem. When I get there the guy behind the counter says we don’t have many keys,?? no GM , FORD OR CHRYSLER, !!

Very good customer service, from the cashier to the guys filling the propane. They all had smiles on their faces, even though they were working on a holiday.

I have visited this store several times since opening my dog salon. They always have just what I need and don't mind showing me better options if I grab the wrong thing! Very helpful, clean, and organized .

I was here a few day ago and forgot to leave my review. All I have to say are great things. I called with a question and the woman answered them completely and even helped in the store. All the employees were very kind and helpful. The man at the front desk was very sweet. 20/10

One cashier helping someone on the floor. One man just standing behind the counter while 5 customers were all looking for help. I said to the man can you help any of us waiting which he did but of course one at a time, so long wait times for all. A Friday at 5:30 pm they should have more then2 employees.
