We visited the Grand Rapids location today for my daughter. The store was super busy and understaffed, but the 3 women working remained polite the entire 1.5- 2 hours we were there. One of the ladies running the dress room continued to walk through the line to inform customers of the 6 dress limit in the dressing room, and the cashier greeted everyone, informed customers of the return policy or no return policy on special occasion dresses and thanked customers for being patient. The manager did have to close the doors early because the dress racks were practically empty, and that caused some unruly customers outside the doors banging on them and entering after being told the store was closed. Again, the store staff was great, but they need to do better at scheduling appropriately for special occasions such as homecoming and prom as well as possibly set up pop dressing rooms to speed up the process.

The new manager kathy has a horrible attitude. Every single person who was in the store tonight while I was in their said she was very rude. She should not be in customer service if she is going to speak to her customers and employees in the manner in which she did.

We drove an hour and got there at 5pm. The store closes at 6pm. There was a line for the waiting rooms. After finding some dresses we waited 23 minutes. It was 530 and we were told the dressing room close at 530 so they had time to clean up before they closed. The people behind us in line drove hour and 10 minutes to have been told the same thing. Quite frustrating.

The dress is here fit perfectly. I went to JCPenney and Macy’s and I had to go five times bigger than a normal size. I am to even try to fit in dress and I still didn’t fit in them but then when I went here I picked my size and it fit me perfectly, so thank you that is what I needed that day.

Recently came into Windsor on a whim and Harmony helped me find the cutest dresses in the perfect sizes. She was friendly and made my shopping experience really fun! Will return to this location in particular because of her! :)

It was very clean and organized compared to other Windsor stores I've been to. Maddie was such an amazing help and she not only helped me she took her time to even set up my outfit for my special occasion. She was wonderful! Thank you so much!!! I'm sad she's only here for 2 weeks! She was wonderful

By far the worst place I have EVER worked.Aside from the entitled customers, management was ultimately the reason for my separation and I was a member of management.They will make you feel like we're all a team and they care about you but it's all for show. They will treat you like a puppet. They will use you past your limits with blatant disregard for your feelings, health, and you as a whole.I could go on and on but I'll just say this, if you want to suffer and feel constant frustration, even when you're not at work, this is the place for you! And don't worry about seeing this too late, they're always hiring!
