I bought four “duel mini mini vapor batteries.”The guy helping me said if I have any issues I could exchange or get a refund for them. Of course I had an issue with one. I went in to get my money back seeing as i didn’t need that many to begin with. Lady with dark hair was super rude to me when I said I need to make a return. She went to test the battery then said she could exchange it. I politely said the guy said I could get a refund and she just snapped at me. She checked me out with no words and didn’t even say have a good day. I will not be back. What a terrible experience.. I don’t even care about the money it’s just how I was treated.

We go to this smoke shop every day for kratom. Very Good Deals!However today the guy that was taking care of us was not very customer friendly. We asked him how much a price was for multiple kratom shots.. threw out a number and he said sure about that price.. then we asked him to scan multiples and he said fine.. said that he didn't want to go through all that work to have to scan.. basically he told us that he didn't want to do his job... My experience... He does not have very good customer service skills... Basically we had to walk ourselves through the transaction to get the deals... Which is fine.. however if you don't want to do your job correctly then you shouldn't be working in customer service.

I dunno, some of the employees are cool there and helpful but it seems like when I go in lately there's this one guy behind the counter who is constantly unhelpful and condesending.Like I just don't know. I go in to look for replacement glass for my vape and the dude tells me maybe I should stop dropping my vape so much? Seemed like a rude thing to say considering it's his job to sell me replacement stuff. Well it would be if they actually carried the replacement glasses for the tanks they sell, but all the replacement glasses we looked at were for things the used to sell.Again, I dunno what's up with that. Instead of telling me to stop breaking my glass maybe they should carry the replacement glass pieces for the tanks they sell. Deciding not to come back here again after that experience, I just don't want to deal with that employee anymore.

I won't go back to this location. I was there the evening of Jan. 18th. I am a simple customer. I've been vaping for around 9 years, I know exactly what I need. When I asked the very rude young man that was working if they carried the aqua brand eliquid, he said no, that the company went out of business. When I told him they didn't he rolled his eyes and walked away. Not bothering to ask if I needed anything else, which I did. Then he proceeded to be incredibly rude to an elderly lady that came in with a question. I will just stick to the tobacco shoppe. Sadly my daughter experienced the same rudeness from the same person and a female when she went a week prior. Very sad, I was always a fan of wild bills selection, but I refuse to be treated that way.
