“I just purchased my first car from a dealership just 2 weeks ago and as luck would have it I ended up with a scratch on my glove box and paint transfer from siding on my driver's side door. They were tiny and some may say not worth it to fix so I was a little nervous getting them touched up. But
not at any point did any of the staff give me attitude or the 'are you serious' look. They were all super friendly and fast! Thank you especially to the painter!!
If I need any touch ups in the future or know others that are looking for a place 10/10 I'll reccomend Fox Shine!

“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! “These guys are awesome! They offer free rotation when you buy tires there. I called them and they had me in in an hour and literally had the rotation done in 15 minutes. “Seth and his crew did an excellent job explaining the correct tires and brand for my RV. I thought the prices were very reasonable for 6 Bridgestone tires. The tires were changed within a couple hours. During a final inspection it was discovered by their master technician that the rear axle on my rig was out of alignment. Seth's team jumped into action again and quickly resolved the problem, which allowed me to get on the road in a timely manner. “I try to do as much work on my cars as I can. Having been ripped off before I was wary of going to a shop, but recently I needed help. I ran into a problem with a lower control arm that I just couldn't fix. . I found Palmer's online and read the reviews that said they were honest. I called them and hoped for the best. “This Discount Tire specifically has extremely good service and professionalism. I had an appointment for tire rotation. A man greeted me and was very polite. Because he was so kind and polite, I felt comfortable sharing with him that the low air pressure tire warning light in our car was on and had been all winter.

I told him my husband had checked all the tires, but in the winter time I know they tend to read lower than in warmer months. I told him the car didn’t get driven much and that I wasn’t sure if the tires even need to be rotated.

He listened carefully to what I said, and told me he was going to check the pressure on all the tires and that if they were all normal, he had a machine that could tell if the pressure reading light in the car was off.

He came back, showed me where on the machine he could tell that the pressure reading light in the car was accurate. He said one of the tires was reading lower than the others and asked me if I had the time to wait while they checked the tire to see if it had a slow leak in it. I said that would be fine.

It did take about an hour to finish, but before that he came to me to tell me they did find a little piece of steel in the suspicious tire, said it could be fixed, and then they’d rotate the tires. He asked me if that was okay and I said sure.

Even though Discount Tire has a policy where they will rotate tires and check air pressure whether you purchased the tires there or not, I was sure I’d have to pay something for the tire to be fixed. We always purchase our tires from
Discount Tires and they have our records on file, and even though I didn’t think to ask why at the time, the fixed tire was free.

I don’t know whether or not that would’ve been the case had I not been a regular customer and I didn’t think to ask. I was just extremely grateful I didn’t have to pay for it. Maybe they could answer this question if they read this review. I think it would be really something if they fixed a slow-leaking tire for anyone and not someone who was a regular customer, at no charge.”

“I was stranded on 96 this morning and Bill pulled over to assist with a flat tire. He was professional, friendly, and asked for nothing in return. Checked the pressure on the spare, pulled our the pneumatic wrench - all to simply pay it forward. Changed the tone of my day, I'll look for opportunities to work with Pomp's in the future.”
