Bathroom hasn't been cleaned for atleast a week, no hand soap for the past week. Urinal and toilet are more crusty than a dive bar bathroom.

Worst experiences here. I waited 45 minutes to get my prescription, got home and they put the correct label on the bag BUT gave me someone else’s prescription pills. The bottle and everything was someone else’s. I went back and the pharmacist did not apologize for the mistake. The tech was helpful and said sorry and worked on getting me the right pill. This should not happen.

Pharmacist consistently promises to call and get prescriptions taken care of and over and over she does not. Worst customer experience ever. Lying and refusing to do her job.

I had used this pharmacy for 15 years. It used to be great, but is terrible now. I’ve recently switched my prescriptions to another place. They NEVER answer the phone. You are put on hold repeatedly without ever speaking to someone or are hung up on after you’ve already been holding for a long period of time. I suggest someone from cooperate try calling from a private number & you’ll see what I’m talking about. If they are that busy, where they can’t take calls, then they need to be staffed more appropriately.

Came 9/3 at 9:45pm and there was a new cashier working who was laser focused on his phone the entire time he was checking me out. I had told him I was doing two orders only to have to repeat it after he began ringing it all together. He was stumbling even just handed me the receipt because he was so distracted with his phone.

My prescriptions are never filled when they tell me they will be so I always have to go back and even then sometimes are still not. Pharmacists here are very friendly or helpful either. Changing pharmacies after giving this too many tries

I love this nice store. Very clean, friendly employees, prices are well marked and decent prices. I have OTC benefits from my Medicare Advantage insurance - those items are plentiful and I love that they are already marked as "OTC Approved" so I don't have to scan the items.

Took the covid test Monday morning. The rapid test! Wednesday evening still no results. Scam? Walgreens service disappointing. Will not rely on Walgreens again. Medicare fraud?
