They never have your medicine in stock. If you get narcotics, they treat you like you are a Drug seeking addict.I hope your company goes bankrupt for being such a bad pharmacy.

The worst run pharmacy I've ever been to. Frequently out of meds, terrible customer service, duplicate online/in-person forms. Go anywhere else.

So disappointed!! I found out even when you call the store and press the number assigned to the prompt to speak with your local pharmacy you are in FACTNOT speaking to them at all! They don't know when the local store is or isn't opened, what inventory they have available, or be held accountable for incorrect information they give over the phone my son has a major medical condition and if I could find any other pharmacy that could flavor his med I would switch in a heart beat!

Walgreens 44th and Breton, grand rapids. I have complained before because the place is filth. Saw a mouse this week, told the manager - totally unconcerned.

Went to the ER with my son and had a emergency dose of Prednisone called it. It was late so we decided to use Walgreens, given their pharmacy hours state they are open until 11p. Nope, closed at 7p. When I spoke with the manager, she stated they were short staffed with pharmacists after Covid. I am so tired of hearing that. COVID didn't kill all the pharmacy technicians especially when your primary source of reliability is your pharmacy. Staff accordingly. Companies don't want to pay their employees appropriately. I have been on hold for over an hour to even talk to someone about my son's emergency medication. If you can't staff a pharmacy or store, shut it down. This will be the last time I ever use Walgreens as a reliable place to get medications. Horrible experience! I also feel bad for the employees who constantly get the short end of the stick and are left helpless constantly dealing with angry customers and ppl who can't fill their meds. The manager stated she has expressed these very concerns and corporate will not do anything. Reflect your hours or make ppl aware that staffing is short and the pharmacy hrs are inconsistent.

Just called to check on some photos I got developed. The woman who answered gave me the worst service. Very short responses and when I asked about my photos her exact response was "what about them?" In a very snarky tone. I almost questioned if I did something to her how rude she was. Looking at other reviews it seems as though it's pretty common at this location. Very disappointing.

worst customer service at drive through for covid test. Yesterday their system is down so the pharmacist told us just to go back the other day and no need to reschedule our appointment and we can still use our previous app confirmation for covid testing and when we come back today, the pharmacist dont want to accommodate us without new online appointment,. The pharmacist is lazy to check their records and she doesn't want to acknowledge our email confirmation on that said appointment. She is not very helpful specially this kind of situation.

I dread if I have to call the pharmacy because I will be waiting for 20 minutes to ask question. Then when I go to pick up a prescription I will have to wait 20 minutes with just one person ahead of me. Why don't they tell the person to come back later if there is a problem with card or what ever. I can't understand what could take that long. This isn't just one time it happens over and over. Then when you get up there I see the guy working and he is moving as slow as he can. Like la la la no hurry at all.

Honestly, one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I have been told my prescription would take 3 hours to fill when the place is empty, come back 4.5 hours later and it's not ready. The staff is generally short with me, if not straight up rude. When I inquired as to why my prescription would take multiple hours to fill I was snapped at. Believe me, it's so much more worth the quick drive down to Walgreen at 44th and Division. Staff is MUCH quicker and friendlier. I absolutely refuse to get prescriptions from this location at this point.

Good values and beliefs does not get transfer to employees which is unfortunate.
