This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I have ever encountered. On 2 separate occasions I was shafted from retrieving prescriptions my family & I needed. The second time it was my daughter’s medication that is covered 100% by our insurance carrier & the pharmacy tech (which was the same lady that dismayed me the first time) said the prescription was $900! I asked if she was sure she ran the insurance properly & she clicked a few keys & said it was $600. I had my entire families prescriptions transferred to Meijer.Two days later I was able to get my daughter prescription from Meijer for the $0 copay we were accustomed to, but not before she missed 2 days of school suffering from withdrawals. The sad part is, even the Meijer pharmacy had issues getting my prescriptions as they are notorious for leaving them on hold for HOURS.I am disgusted by the customer service & will not be stepping foot at Walgreens again. I was going to go back & get her name, but terrible service starts at the top so I feel it would be pointless drama. The biggest bummer is that it is conveniently located across the street from our house so quick trips to pickup necessities will become a longer chore. Sickening.

Been using Walgreens for 10 years and every month they screw my insulin prescriptions up! All set!! Will NEVER use Walgreens again

I was just provided with such amazing customer service it seriously made me cry. I was having a terrible day and Kristina was empathic and compassionate. I will remember her kindness every time I use my passport.

Just called to check on some photos I got developed. The woman who answered gave me the worst service. Very short responses and when I asked about my photos her exact response was "what about them?" In a very snarky tone. I almost questioned if I did something to her how rude she was. Looking at other reviews it seems as though it's pretty common at this location. Very disappointing.

Absolutely one of the worst Pharmacies I've dealt with, spent in total 25 minutes on hold trying to get results of a covid test, was hung up on multiple times, just absolutely unprofessional they need to be shut down or retrained.

worst customer service at drive through for covid test. Yesterday their system is down so the pharmacist told us just to go back the other day and no need to reschedule our appointment and we can still use our previous app confirmation for covid testing and when we come back today, the pharmacist dont want to accommodate us without new online appointment,. The pharmacist is lazy to check their records and she doesn't want to acknowledge our email confirmation on that said appointment. She is not very helpful specially this kind of situation.

For the last 4 days I have several of my prescriptions doubled when they are monthly, meaning I get 30 days supply. Then the medicine they give me a 30 day supply I was given 5 day supply with the guarantee I could pick up the rest in a few days. I went to pick them up today it was NOT filled and they gave me yet another RX that I do NOT need. ???? Then to add salt to injury when I called another Walgreens the Seizure meds I needed can NOT be transferred. I told them I’ve a seizure due to NOT having my meds BUT I was advise to go to ER to get 3 pills(seizure meds)to get me until tomorrow. ???? I AM FURIOUS WITH THEM ???

I dread if I have to call the pharmacy because I will be waiting for 20 minutes to ask question. Then when I go to pick up a prescription I will have to wait 20 minutes with just one person ahead of me. Why don't they tell the person to come back later if there is a problem with card or what ever. I can't understand what could take that long. This isn't just one time it happens over and over. Then when you get up there I see the guy working and he is moving as slow as he can. Like la la la no hurry at all.

Honestly, one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I have been told my prescription would take 3 hours to fill when the place is empty, come back 4.5 hours later and it's not ready. The staff is generally short with me, if not straight up rude. When I inquired as to why my prescription would take multiple hours to fill I was snapped at. Believe me, it's so much more worth the quick drive down to Walgreen at 44th and Division. Staff is MUCH quicker and friendlier. I absolutely refuse to get prescriptions from this location at this point.

Very frustrating location. Every time I shop at this store something goes wrong. Their coupons never work and they don't make exceptions when using them. I spent $70 on one transaction but that included sale items so they didn't let me use a coupon. Then I did another transaction and was one penny off of the total needed amount so they wouldn't let me use the coupon. Not all Walgreens are like this. Only this location.
