“I can not say enough good things about this vet office and the ENTIRE staff. Everyone there is extremely pleasant and understanding, including the front desk employees. They all make you feel heard and actually care about your pet and what you have to say. I specifically want to shout out my vet tech David. He was incredible! He came in the room first and sat down in the chair across from me and had about a 20 minute conversation with me about what is going on with my cat. He is so calm and collected, and easy to connect to. He really calmed my nerves and made me feel like everything I was saying was important. He also gave my cat so much love and attention! In a time where I've been so overly worried about my cat because of how my previous vet presented test results, he is the first person to make me feel calm. I'm personally going to request him every time I go in, if that is an option! Shortly after that both him and the Vet came in (I saw Dr. Galbraith I believe) and she was also amazing. Both her and David sat down and spent another 20 minutes or so examining my cat, giving me every ounce of information they could and what my options are moving forward. All of my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. They were so sweet and gentle with my cat as well. They needed some follow up bloodwork from him and asked me if I could come back as soon as tomorrow! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who truly loves their animal. They are amazing! They specialize in cats and do their best to make sure that the owners and the cats receive the best care possible. I'm very impressed by their level of knowledge and they care they give to all my furry friends. They even have house cats that roam the clinic!”

Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !”

“Kentwood cat clinic was the best experience my cat has ever had at a vet. I moved to Michigan recently and have been looking for a good vet for my beloved cat and Dr. Pair was that, she was very kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was the technician and she was great as well. I normally worry about if my cat will be scared and try to protect himself at the vet and I could tell in the exam room he felt so comfortable! He was more like the cat I see at home than a scared boy wanting to leave and go home right away. I think it's a combination of the wonderful staff as well as it's a cat only clinic. Highly recommend them if you have a cat.”
