He goes out of his way to get to know his customers and is so so friendly, and the way he cares about his shop and customers is definitely noticeable. “Dr. E’s is an amazing shop. I am a picky person when it comes to the flavors I get and have trouble finding what I like and don’t. They helped me find new flavors and actually get excited about trying them with the actual information on the different brands that they carry too. I also love how personable it is l every time I go in there. Didn’t get much of that before, but this is now my “home store” so to speak. I would recommend them to anyone I meet that doesn’t already go there.”
“Good people, don't be fooled by the looks of those coming in and out of the store. If you're not a smoker, not the place for you. However, they do have some nice apparel to represent the West Side of GR called 616 West. I've purchased a few things from there, and I love it. Very comfortable clothing. Nice art work on the walls as well.”

“Rachel assisted me on my most recent venture and let me tell you, she is amazing! She was super patient, very informative of her concentrate glassware, and friendly during our whole interaction. She was welcoming and didn't make me feel inferior or ignorant with any of my questions. Due to her excellent knowledge and compassionate , genuine nature, it led me to make purchases i wasnt intending to make upon entering the store.
