The customer service at this location is perfect. Sometimes busy, but they are polite and efficient. I consistently choose this one over others in the area as they are kind and helpful.

Poor customer service and very rude. Unfortunately this was the store owner, Rusty that I dealt with. He was unprofessional and rude. As a consumer there's many other shipping alternatives to spend my dollars at.

Customer service is hit and miss. There's an older woman who is quite rude and rigid when it comes to Amazon returns. She'll not think twice about denying acceptance for any number of small issues, and be unpleasant about it and couldn't care less about offering a solution at the same time. Other times, you'll have a great customer experience. Just learn who is good there and who isn't.

Customer service is always pleasant, efficient and expedient. This store offers everything you need for shipping, packaging, mailing (small or bulk items, printing and direct mail services, banners, posters, flyers, corporate identity services, etc. They offer it all and are competitively priced in some areas over others. You need to do your homework and shop around for getting the best quotes for your project. So far, I've been happy with the price, product and packaging.

I had a return that was specifically from UPS. When I entered the UPS store I was told I had to email the UPS receipt to them to print a label and it would be 2$. Zack the person who told me this then immediately walked away. I thought that was strange to have to pay as the email and everything was all through UPS.The kid that walked up to me thinking I was acustomer that hadn't been helped told me to click view receipt and then scanned it which printed the label for no charge. When I said that seemed right. Zack said it was my responsibility to print the label.Why did he even have to say that smart remark. It was already paid for.
