I got to the Gaines UPS store at 1:50 on the dot, 10 minutes before close. No one was in line in front or behind me. A younger girl with red hair parted in the middle ‘helped’ me. She told me I should come in earlier. I told her I had one more large box in the car I couldn’t carry it all in at the same time. She said when I walked out the door ‘we close in 6 min.’ I got the large box and got in line behind 2 people and she helped me again. She was acting extremely inconvenienced I could tell she was very annoyed. When she finished my last return it was still before close at 2:00, someone came in the door as I was leaving. I am not sure what I did wrong or why she was frustrated, she has no idea how hard it was to get there before 2:00 on Saturday and I left feeling like I ruined her day. She did not smile just very unhappy, very disappointed with this location.

Typically good efficiency, not the best people skills— just went in this morning and the two workers made me feel like a burden to them for me to be there. No greeting. No small talk. “All set” were literally the only words spoken.

The customer service at this location is perfect. Sometimes busy, but they are polite and efficient. I consistently choose this one over others in the area as they are kind and helpful.
