Just came out of the wash where I purchased “the works” to get the wax coat and I did not get it. The wax buffers never came down on my car. What a rip off.

One of the worst carwash. The mat washer machines were locked and on inquiry was told that they are under repair and will take another week. The vacuums were weaker than your 10 years old vacuum cleaner. Feels like robbery when you are not provided the full service

On Monday 1/22/24 my boyfriend took my truck through their car wash and the car wash broke my bumper all up. My boyfriend heard when the bumper broke inside the car wash so when he pulled out he notified them right away. One of the workers walked back inside the car wash and pulled the piece from my truck out of their machine. He was then told that someone would be in touch after they look at the camera footage. They then called days later to say that they were not paying for my bumper to get fixed because the damage was done when he pulled in the car wash. He was then told that they would send emails of the footage to prove this statement..We still have not gotten any email with photos or videos that my truck was damage before entering the car wash and that's because my truck was not damaged at ALL before entering their car wash.. My bumper will cost over $1000 to get fixed and they do not want to pay for it. I have a 2014 Dodge Durango and it's expensive to get that body work done. We have been coming to this car wash since I got my truck spending money with them and they can't even take responsibility for the damage their car wash did to my truck. Not only do I have to pay for this to get fixed I will never come to this car wash again..This is horrible customer service and I am truly disappointed but God don't like ugly and somebody will pay for this whether I have to get a lawyer just to get this done.

The vacuums hardly had any suction so I gave up and had to look for another business nearby. Please fix your vacuums!
