They obviously have the same product as any other Northface, but their entitled rich kid working one shift a week for the discount attitude is very off-putting. I tried to exchange a water bottle that was literally ONE day past the 30 day return period. Brand new. Tags still inside. I was just going to exchange it for a different color since it was a gift. They said "sorry I can't do that."I said really? And they just looked at me with this look like "yeah we probably can but we're not going to." I was like sweet thanks. Walked out. I looked it up later. Yes they DEFINITELY could have according to policy. Frustrating uppity GR brats. I always Drew's when I have to go in there for something.

Lost my Apple air pod and they returned to me and called me after I had already left the store so that I could retrieve it!

This is a nice friendly store, but I find for me that the selection is very limited. I really don’t like buying clothes online…too much of a hassle returning items that don’t fit. Besides, I want to support local businesses as much as possible. They do have a good selection of the items that they carry… just not enough of the different things. Support local small business!
