Total scam, dryers get turned down during peak hours and prices go up. Machines regularly eat money and balance added to cards miraculously disappears.

My family has been going to Sheldon cleaners for years, when it was on Burton and eastern. We left for different states and we are currently in town for a funeral and are in a rush to get dry cleaning done.
The service of the young lady at this location was very attentive and although the timing would be tight, is making every effort to ensure my father and I get our suits back in time for the Funeral tomorrow. Thank you for always having great service!!
We will continue to use Sheldon cleaners whenever available!

Clean and well kept laundromat. I was disappointed that they removed the little Cafe. Having the Cafe set this laundromat apart from the others. Now it just feels like an expensive place to wash clothes.

Took clothes to this location (3 slacks and a suit jacket with a button to be repaired)left email address to be notified when ready,never received email I waited 3 Xtra days went in to get order and the jacket button was not repaired so I was told 3-4 days later it would be ready...my sicount of 1 dollar was an insult , I have to yet come back, not wear my needed clothes,incovienced for a dollar discount for my trouble ...nope not ever again terrible service

I enjoy working at Sheldon cleaners I also do my laundry there as well it's a great place to work great staff all around friendly and caring atmosphere The owners are wonderful as well.

I've gone to them for my blazers, jackets, coats, dry cleaning off and on for 10+ years. A month ago I go to pick up my pieces and I was told the last one needed more cleaning and was sent back out. I got a new tag and thought nothing of it. I call today after stopping up a bit over a week ago, and the location still said it was out. Now this is odd as it wasn't stained I just wanted that pressed feeling dry cleaning does to blazers. Today the store made a claim to their claims dept.I get called by claims much faster than told (still not upset with the service I've been given) to the claims person telling me I picked up my merch and my ticket is voided (like I'm some kind of liar). No apology nothing after I state I didn't receive my pc, I'm wrong they are right type of talk. I'll post an update on how this ends. I'm waiting again and now upset. ?

Not happy with job
