So, since we don't want to donate to Goodwill, my DISABLED wife drives an hour one way to donate about a dozen bags of clothes. She pulls up to two employees outside...one helping unload a truck while the other stands there watching. She asks for help to unload, and the employee refuses. I did say she was disabled, right? Guess the next time we have stuff to donate, we'll find another recipient. Have a Blessed Day

The place looked like it was about to close down our going out of business.

Man with grey hair just had the worst attitude towards me for donating a trunk and some dishes. Very rude and short with me. I assured him I’ll never donate here again.

I hadn't been in since before COVID when I was a fairly regular customer. The book/DVD/CD area needs new shelving as the wood is warped or missing in spots. I picked out 5 music CDs, priced on the sign at 99 cents, the price it has been for years. At checkout, the gentleman informed me the price was $1.99. I told him the sign indicated the were 99 cents. He hemmed and hawed about their being a price change which had yet to be posted. I argued briefly about the signage conflicting with his statement. Now the price increase may have been legitimate, but I find it a bit strange that the first time I come into the store in over 3 years, the price more than doubles despite the signage. I voiced my displeasure and left the CDs behind.

The store is well organized and clean. The availability of general merchandise is limited. The selection of clothing is good. Prices are reasonable and the staff is efficient and friendly.

The prices are average for a thrift shop in a world where thrift shops have universally forgotten they receive their merchandise for free, and the selection is below average but forgivably so. Their lack of a proper return policy - store credit is not acceptable, and most electronics are labeled AS-IS NO RETURNS anyway - coupled with the many visibly broken items (and presumably many invisibly broken items given their poor QC) unfortunately makes this place a total non-starter for me. Given its proximity to my commute route, I will probably stop again in the future, but this isn't a place for which it's worth going out of your way

I had the most unpleasant experience at this salvation army and will never donate to them again. First, the hours on the google maps app on my iPhone are incorrect. I showed up there just after 9:00 to donate a couch. The couch is in good condition: smoke free and free of rips, tears, and stains. The manager finds me and informs me that they don't open until 10:00. I reply that I only have a couch and would like to drop it off. She responds that they don't open until 10:00 and I have to wait until then to drop it off so she can inspect it properly. I inform her that it's just a couch and it would take 5 minutes to go over. She asks if it's free of stains, rips, or tears. I respond that it is accept that some of the fabric on the underside has come lose. This wasn't good enough for her and states that I can come back at 10:00. I ask to talk to the manager, and she responds that she is the manager. I applaud her effort to represent how giving the Salvation Army is of their time. Please don't make the mistake I did and waste your time dealing with this store.

I am from out of state, so I thought the prices were great. Everything was well ordered and the store was very clean.

The prices here are outrageous. Maybe it's a great place if you live in the area, but I wouldn't waste gas coming here.

Expensive stuff, Check out this cake decorating tool from the $1 store, $4, that's a 300% markup, and how about a broken plastic bin $6 when it was $10 new. Places like this say "well we can't properly price everything", OK well if you are not sure and not inspecting everything than stop pricing like you do, or at least let people negotiations price, but no.
