Great customer service. I brought in glasses purchased elsewhere to have new lenses installed. No judgement from staff. They copied the new RX and took the necessary measurements, gave me an estimate and discount all in a short amount of time. Jessica was personable and professional.

I've been coming to this location for many years and since My Eye Dr took over the scheduling and communication has been HORRIBLE! Voice messages are very cryptic, schedule inconsitency, scheduling reminder has incorrect information that caused me to miss an appointment and have to come back. The offices time is valuable but so is MY TIME!

I want to praise the ability of a lady working at the 44th and Breton RX optical. Her name is Brenda. She is excellent at everything she does, from fitting glasses to being honest with you and helping you pick out frames. She explained your insurance coverage very well. I always ask for her. She’s the best!

I don't have a personal experience with this location but seeing how my wife has been very happy with her visit and glasses, I thought I would share her experience.She needed to get reading glasses. The glasses have been working great. My wife was particularly happy about how the doctor (Dr. Tran) took the time to check and informed her about her eyes' health and how to take care of them. Definitely recommended.

My family and I went to this kentwood location yearly for routine eyes exam.Insurance cover 100%. For this year I was NOT to happy, they charge us $40 extra for co-paid or something is not cover thru insurance? This is unacceptable without given us up front the extra fee. I called my vision insurance I was told routine eyes exam is 100% cover. Two my children paid $40 each that is ridiculous! We are sure going somewhere else next time.

Extremely delighted with my recent visit with Dr. Tran and the welcoming staff at this location. Not only did she give me excellent recommendations for my contact lens, but her explanations to some of my concerns were very in-depth and reassuring. The eye drop sample that she sent me home with has been such a game-changer! I also appreciate that she was so warm and genuinely seemed to care (which is rare these days). I am only booking future appointments with her in the future and sending my friends and family as well!

Everyone was friendly at this location. But I didn’t have a good experience with my eye glass purchase. I purchased prescription glasses a year ago after my eye exam. Once I received the glasses (and I really liked the frames and style) I tried wearing them for a few days before going back to this location to say something was wrong with the glasses…kept giving me a headache. They adjusted them and said to try again. But I had to go back with the same problem. They checked the lenses and said the pupillary distance was correct and readjusted the frames again. I asked them if something was off with the prescription and they said they checked and it was fine. This kept happening over a 7 month period…I felt bad going back to complain but I just couldn’t wear the glasses. They finally said it must be due to the material and they couldn’t do anything. I had to get my annual check done again this week but this time I opted to go to a different RX Optical. I took these glasses along just for them to check - they tested them and immediately said the lenses were the wrong prescription from what was on my account! Unfortunately since it had been over a year I couldn’t do any type of refund process. So I just donated them.
