Let me preface this with saying all other employees I have worked with have been absolutely amazing!Twice now I have went in to get my engagement ring cleaned. The older male employee with white hair has assisted me in this. Twice, he has told me the “fee” for getting my ring is to smile for him. This is inappropriate. The first time I assumed it was because I was a young woman by myself so this behavior is “okay” for a man to do. This second time my fiancé was with me and it didn’t stop him from “requiring” me to give him a smile. I refused to smile and he gave me grief for almost two minutes before relenting. After I said “no I do not want to smile for you” he said that he’s only going to “dip” my ring. Insinuating that he isn’t going to properly clean it. I find this to be very unprofessional. My fiancé spent thousands of dollars on this ring only for an employee to not clean it properly and harass a patron for not smiling for him. It’s borderline sexual harassment. Very displeased with the service I have received twice at this location.

I'm new to the watch game and was looking for a blue faced, brown leather band watch. Dana helped me pick out a beautiful shinola run well. It fits my wrist perfectly. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the watches. I can't recommend this shop enough. Go see Dana for all your watch needs!

The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They care, that as a customer, I make the right purchase. This is the main reason that I continue to make Rogers and Holland the store for all of my jewelry purchases.

Good customer service, but I bought a close to 400 dollar ring and within the first 5 wears of the ring a diamond fell out and when I went to get it replaced they had no warranty and made me pay a 75 dollar replacement fee and the only type of protection plan I can get cost 99 dollars. I would’ve at least expected them to stand behind their product for 6 months

Love this location! The staff are nice and very helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with what you are buying or have bought in the past. Great customer service :)

We bought 2 rings, they were very nice and helpful.After we decided we didn’t want the rings we bought. Their demeanor changed. You have 60 days to return what you have purchased (no wiggle room). After that they will tell you one thing and not do it about your refund. I was told my refund check would go to my home, however when I called they said to would be faster for it to go to the store. Called again the day they said the check would be here and still nothing the store had a very hostile attitude. I called back they said it is still on corporates desk. Called corporate, they stated my address isn’t on there and it will be in my mailbox 5-7 business days. Very frustrating.(Mine kept scratching the baby, which is why I returned it. I tried having them sand down the rough edges, but was told it was good enough.)

I walked in looking for a wedding band and the staff were so helpful! After looking at their selection I mentioned something very specific that I was interested in, so Jeanne and Cassandra immediately grabbed their computers to scour their website for something that matched. They managed to find just what I was looking for, and they found it for a real low price. The customer service here is amazing
