Will not recommend ever. I purchased my fiancé’s wedding band here. I ordered online and it took 3 weeks to get a tracking number and before that no one even knew where it was. Then I came in to exchange it or return it because it didn’t fit, or resize(option wasn’t provided) the supervisor didn’t know how to return it or exchange an online order. So I was told they would order the correct size and it’d be there the following week so come back the next weekend to make the swap. Of course I called to make sure I didn’t make a pointless drive since I was told someone would call me to let me know it arrived. Whoever I spoke to said it wasn’t there and I’d get a call and could tell me an ETA. Just that someone would call. Well I called again another week has passed and spoke to someone else confirmed still no ring, and no notes of the exchange of me waiting for this ring. So I was asked for my name and contact I for once again. Ummm what the actual heck? So I’m just supposed to hope it’ll arrive in time for the wedding? I’m going to the Grandville location and hope they know how to return it so I can get my money back and go somewhere else. And I’ve check Kay’s and Jared have the size I need in stock. I’ve worked with Jared before and they are amazing so most likely where I’ll go back to. I made a huge mistake trying this place.

I have been a customer of Rogers and Hollins since 2014 and generally had positive experiences with their services. However, a recent incident has left me deeply concerned. After making a purchase using my credit card, I discovered that Rogers and Hollins had conducted a credit inquiry without my authorization. This unauthorized action appeared on my credit report shortly after, which could potentially affect my credit score.
Unauthorized credit inquiries can have significant implications for consumers, as they may lower credit scores and remain on credit reports for up to two years. As a long-standing customer, I was surprised and disappointed by this oversight. I have not yet contacted Rogers and Hollins about this issue, but I plan to do so to seek an explanation and resolution.
In response, I am considering disputing the unauthorized inquiry directly with the credit bureaus to ensure that my credit history remains accurate and to safeguard against any negative impacts. While I hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution from Rogers and Hollins, I am prepared to seek legal advice if necessary to protect my consumer rights and financial well-being.
This experience has caused me to question the integrity of Rogers and Hollins' business practices and their commitment to customer privacy. Moving forward, I expect transparency and respect for consumer rights. I hope that this issue can be resolved amicably and that Rogers and Hollins takes steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else ! Poor customer service. They don’t honor clients. All my jewelry ( diamond) pieces of the last 20 years were bought there. Unfortunately. Two of my diamond rings lost stones last year, I paid to have them repaired. The anniversary band lost a tiny diamond after it was fixed six months ago at charge - and they are trying to charge again? Terrible communication. They don’t find the repair receipts, call the wrong phone number repeatedly and leave a message also the proper phone number was provided. I waited for 15 minutes while a staff member argued that it was not dropped off, only to get a call back 15 minutes later that they found it but that there is another charge. Unprofessional.

I was sold on a 1.02 carat diamond Initially. After I signed the paperwork and paid for it they switched it for a 3/4 carat.
I had three different people helping me so I’m sure there was some confusion, but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. not happy.

The old lady with red/ brown hair is crazy. I’ve been to this location before shopping around just fine and even was okay to take pictures so my partner can help me decide on a ring. I went in there around 6:40pm and I’m on FaceTime and she starts SCREAMING at me!!!! I even told her I wouldn’t face the camera at the ring if that was an issue just on myself , she was just so rude point blank period. Why would I wanna continue looking around after you’re that dramatic. Literally so rude and has no manners. You’re that old and don’t know how to control your tone in these many years of living? Could have said hey m’am we don’t allow any sort of photography in a nice tone. Sorry for her kids or anyone around her , and I barely leave reviews but it was bad , and I will be telling everyone to avoid this specific jewel place because of her screaming ?

Let me preface this with saying all other employees I have worked with have been absolutely amazing!Twice now I have went in to get my engagement ring cleaned. The older male employee with white hair has assisted me in this. Twice, he has told me the “fee” for getting my ring is to smile for him. This is inappropriate. The first time I assumed it was because I was a young woman by myself so this behavior is “okay” for a man to do. This second time my fiancé was with me and it didn’t stop him from “requiring” me to give him a smile. I refused to smile and he gave me grief for almost two minutes before relenting. After I said “no I do not want to smile for you” he said that he’s only going to “dip” my ring. Insinuating that he isn’t going to properly clean it. I find this to be very unprofessional. My fiancé spent thousands of dollars on this ring only for an employee to not clean it properly and harass a patron for not smiling for him. It’s borderline sexual harassment. Very displeased with the service I have received twice at this location.
