We've lived at River Oaks Apartments for over nine years and have been pleased with our experience, overall. The management/staff are friendly & helpful; the community is nicely diverse; the layouts are more like an apartment home; the pool is a plus; and the fast & efficient response to maintenance issues has been great. They do their best here to make it a pleasant experience for their residents.

I work for an exterior contractor and have worked at this property overall several large projects and Monarch Investments and Anthony in particular have been fantastic. I have never seen a higher level of actual engagement and care for their tenants or property as I have with Monarch. This must be the difference when the operational group also owns the property, means they care that much more about the property, tenants, and the experience. Highly recommend and great pool to boot!

I had a fantastic experience touring River Oak Apartments with Abby. Her extensive knowledge about the property and its amenities was impressive, and she answered all my questions with clarity and enthusiasm. I toured a couple apartments with my daughter. Kaylee was our tour guide. She made the tours fun. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I am very happy my daughter and her boyfriend decided to move into Riveroaks apartments complex.

This was my first experience moving into apartments. My girlfriend and I had no idea what to expect with this move. Kaylee was very helpful and honest with us. We are very pleased with how the move in process went and with Kaylees help it made it a stress free move in.

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time moving out by ourselves and Kaylee made us feel super comfortable. Kaylee made it an incredibly smooth and stress free move. She was very transparent and honest which we both super appreciated and due to our circumstances she was able to get us approved and moved in as soon as possible. We are extremely grateful. Riveroaks is an amazing community, we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

i’ve lived here for almost 2 years- it’s been fine but EXTREMELY outdated for the price. and as a heads up, they increase your rent every year. instead of rewarding their tenants with at least keeping their rent the same as it was for the previous lease, they increase it. that’s probably the case for most apartment complexes though, i just expected better from them.

So far the management team and maintenance have been prompt with issues that arise in addition to quick response times for maintenance requests. They are an incredibly professional team and I’m happy at River Oaks.

Absolutely loved living here. Didn’t realize how quiet it was until we moved out of town and into a new complex and found out how noisy it was. When we lived here there was a large family next door and we NEVER heard them. Excellent sound proofing!
Was also impressed 2 years later when I had a package accidentally ship there, the staff went out of their way to help me get the package.
Great neighborhood, lots of walking trails and close to businesses. Would definitely recommend!!

August 2020:We live at 3882 N Rosebud Dr SE at River Oaks. We've lived there since August of 2014 and have never had a minute's problem with them. Office Staff are friendly and courteous, the maintenance staff is always helpful--indoor and outdoor maintenance is the best, snow removal, safety, etc. Communication with tenants is top-notch!
August 23, 2024: It's been four years since we left a positive review about River Oaks. Since then, the only problem we've had was resolved decisively. For about a year, the lawn service was less than we were used to seeing. However, management also saw the problem and contracted with a new company whose employees have been visible, dedicated, responsive, and thorough. The office and on-site maintenance staff still as helpful and responsive as ever. We have been shown grace and outstanding support!
