Was brought the wrong drinks. Got the wrong side with my meal. Waitress kept disappearing for 10- 15 minutes at a time. Our food sat in the window for 20 minutes.

The Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Sandwich is one of my favorites. This experience was awful. Got there at 8:25 pm and they clearly didn't want to be open. Onions on the sandwich were old and nasty. Slow service. It has ruined me wanting to go to RR for a bit.

Great Service and food was Delicious! Can’t remember our servers name but thank you for your hospitality and keeping our drinks full and making us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Grand Rapids!

Being pregnant, I've been craving the campfire sauce. My husband and I took our children here, and while the food was not bad, the service was absolutely horrendous. Our waitress took 10 minutes to get to us, after walking past us several times to her two other tables. She then asked us what we wanted to drink, after telling her our drinks I mentioned I had a free appetizer. She walked away, and didn't even acknowledge what I had said to her. She then came back with drinks and did not even ask about the appetizer or our food and walked away. It was more than five minutes later she finally came back and goes, "Is everything going good?" Uh, no. You walked away without taking our order even. We ordered our food and our appetizer, I asked for campfire sauce with the app as that's what I've been craving. When our appetizer came, 15-20 minutes later, still no campfire sauce. The waitress came back, and asked how the appetizer was, and such. We asked if we could have some fries at least while we wait, as we had been there for well over half an hour at this point, the kids were starving. (Not even including our 20-30 minute wait.) We got two things of fries, prior to our food getting to the table. When the guy dropped the fries off, we asked again for sauce, and he said he would get it. When our food was dropped off at the table, the lady dropping it off asked if we needed anything else, and again asked for sauce and napkins. Our waitress finally reappeared, and asked if we needed anything. At this point, I was ready to leave. We asked for sauce and she came back with some and napkins. At this point, we also had to point out that we were out of drinks as well. She walked past us several times to her other tables and never once looked our way during the time we were there as we were in the corner. By the time she came back again, we asked for boxes because even the kids were done. I've worked in hospitality, and have waitressed. This was the absolute worst service we have ever had. We are the type to leave a 25%-30% tip, we left nothing. She was absolutely horrible. If it wasn't for the craving, we would have left at drinks and should have. We will never come to this location again. 0/5 stars.

I love the food & the prices. They almost feel like this recession never hit them. Service was very friendly.

Food was delicious, which it usually is, but every now and then, we will have an off meal. The service was good too with our party of 8. The restaurant can be a little loud sometimes and hard to hear each other, but otherwise, it is a great place to go.

Came here with my wife and her students. She teaches special education, 18-26 year olds. Micheal was our server and absolutely nailed it. He was super nice and helpful. Let all the students order and pay themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! 10/10 Would

They requested to card me, even though they’ve never carded us before..but whatever, I look way older than 21. I had just had a baby so we were out to celebrate. I only had a picture of my license and they refused to accept it. You can clearly see my picture and my birthday. The manager made a scene in front of the restaurant. Never again.

I recently dined at Red Robin for the first time in over 7 years and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Our initial wait for the waitress to greet us at the table was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Moreover, upon being seated, the hostess overlooked providing a highchair for our little one. We had to request one from two different staff members, with the first person bringing us a booster seat that was not suitable for our child's needs. It was evident that a highchair was necessary for our little one's comfort and safety. The ambiance and interior was definitely outdated and need a refresher. It reminded me of the mid to late 2000's.The burgers were disappointingly small considering the price. I was totally underwhelmed when they brought my burger to me. The Coke I ordered tasted like it had been poured from a 2-liter bottle and lacked freshness. Additionally, I received regular fries instead of the garlic fries I had ordered. Despite these issues, I chose not to voice my concerns to the waitress, who seemed kind but appeared skittish and was not attentive enough for us to fully enjoy the 'bottomless fries' offer. Just as we were served our second round of fries, she insisted on printing out our bill. I felt rushed. Overall, it was a lackluster experience. Dinner from Wendy's would of been more enjoyable..
