“Edit: Had a great phone conversation with the store manager and I'm confident this will be resolved. I will add that the store was neat and well stocked.Went in to check out the store and get a membership. I was shocked when the rude woman working at customer service began arguing with another employee about who was going to clean the bathroom. It was beneath both of them. Whatever. But to stop helping a new customer in order to argue??? And then to lie right to that woman's face? I would have fired her on the spot. I certainly hope I don't regret my decision to get a membership.”
“These guys are the absolute friggin best of the best! I came to them because the air valve stem on one tire was cracked and the cap was stuck on there, preventing me to add air.You know what these guys did? They replaced it for free. Didn't charge me anything. And they inflated all my tires to the correct PSI. They refused to take my money. I couldn't believe it. It's not everyday someone does something for you free of charge.(The sensors didn't work anyway)”
“I love this place. The employees are the kindest. I have a handicap daughter she is 28 and she calls them I swear every day. They are so kind to her and so understanding. The entire team made a lasting impression and it was a great experience. The woman in the photo department was a gem to work with and I will recommend everyone come here for photos. “I like Sam's club they are very organized and they have mostly everything that you're looking for also in there in their staff is very professional you don't have to wait a thousand hours in line you're pretty much in and out and it's a very clean and safe environment and I think staff for doing the jobs that they do can you take time out to help you”
