The store wasn't busy during the day time and the store associates were super friendly.
We found a high-quality well-built harness for our dog. The checkout process was fairly quick. Clean and tidy facilities.

They do a great job with grooming and they have really helped my dog overcome his fear of grooming, in particular his fear of getting his nails trimmed after a different groomer cut his quicks so bad they bled. Now he doesn’t even flinch when it is time for his nails to be trimmed. Also, on another personal note, I like to carry novelty shaped purses, and they’ve matched my dog’s bandana to my purse multiple times now. It’s a little touch that always puts a smile on my face!

149 Nora St SE, KentwoodAfter months of not bringing my Shitzu Poodle in to the groomers, it was definitely time. I came across Dippin Dogs… I just have to say, phenomenal! My baby Becki did not come in with the good hair and that’s for sure. But she sure came out brand new! With how much work I’m sure had to be done on Becki I assumed I would have to pay quite a bit, but woah did I not expect to be charged so much less than what I thought! Plus, she was Quick with responding, had a beautiful personality, was sooo caring! I have no complaints! Becki was in and out quickly. She was also very accommodating and did everything needed! I sure hope my husband tipped her well b/c if not, I’ll be back ?. Definitely bringing my old lady back though! Highly recommend. KEEP IT UP GIRL! You’re doing GREAT! ❤️❤️??

We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !

3215 Breton Rd SE, KentwoodI highly recommend this office! Why…. Friendly staff, clean lobby/exam rooms, knowledgeable veterinarians, appointment reminders, post-visit checkup calls, and for always being kindly/professionally cared for by every single team member.
Doja had a poor response to her previous vaccines. This was documented in our post-visit call. I loved this was reviewed before her appointment, and as a result, was pre-treated for nausea. She did fantastic this round!
Cat lovers are the best. I appreciate your compassion and attention to the details.

VCA Woodland Animal Hospital
3166 29th St SE, KentwoodVCA Woodland, especially Dr. Galbraith, has been so wonderful while we’ve had a sick pup over the last week!! They responded to texts on the weekend, fit us in for an appointment first thing Monday morning and have text several times after the appointment to see how things are going. Thankfully, our dog is on the mend, but I would have been a nervous wreck if it weren’t for Dr Galbraith at VCA Woodland! Thank you so much!!

4150 40th St SE, KentwoodWe recently switched over to Camp Bow Wow from another kennel. They offer so much for our four-legged furball to have fun with. We absolutely love the hours to be able to drop off and pick up. They are always willing to answer the phone and answer questions for you. We actually had him over there when We had to have our pup have a couple of meds, and they take very good care of them. They have a real nice area for them to stay in or those little raised bed. They have clipboards on the outside to let them know there's any instructions or any needs that you're for baby might need. We love the pet cams so we can check on our 75 lb Boomer. They also have what they call enrichment time. And we have pictures of him actually diving nose first into a foam party. They also have little pools for the dogs to be able to play in. Absolute love that we switched to Camp Bow Wow. If you want them to have a bath they do a really good job with that as well Just give them a heads up. They are conveniently located the one we go to not far from the Grand Rapids airport. Keep up the great work. Boomer actually cries when he gets dropped off and can't wait to get in the back.

2885 Lake Eastbrook Blvd SE, KentwoodMy wife, son, and I love the vibes in this place. It's very laid back, with friendly staff and a unique decor. The staff is always polite and gets drinks/food out fast. For food, everything we've tried here has been legit. On our most recently visit, we tried the Hot Honey Katsu, Orange Chicken Wings, the Garlic Dill fries, and the Curry rice balls. Everything was really good, especially the garlic dill fries. I think they hit a home run with that one. Drinks-wise, it's not my favorite place for beer (ironic, since it's a brewery), but I love their cocktails. My wife does enjoy their sour beers, though. It's a really great place!

3858 28th St SE, KentwoodThe young man that was clearing tables during our visit was EXTREMELY NICE. We never had more than 2 dirty plates at a time before he asked if we were done. When I gave him a tip he explained that all tips are shared amongst everyone. I really wish I would have gotten his name. He was wearing a name tag, I just failed to read it.
At the time we were there it was very busy. A large group came in right before us, yet we still got EXCELLENT service from the staff. We were there on Wednesday the 28th at about 12:15
