“I came in rather late and I thought I may annoy the team, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. They were so kind, courteous, and professional.
Additionally, I accidentally purchased a Groupon for a different state, so I could not use it as well as I was not able to repurchase the another one due to the constrictions of Groupon. The manager offered me a discount on my oil change which he didn’t have to do. I was so appreciative of this kind gesture.
As always, it is my pleasure and doing business with the crew at Valvoline (Eastern Ave & 44th St, Kentwood, MI), and I will be back in 3 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. ?”
