I been storing here for three months now
The lady in the office is nice
The facility is great, we haven’t had any issues. My reason for 4 stars the place increased out of nowhere
I am not talking a little increase a lot more then expected

We are out of state Calvin Univ family. Amanda was so helpful to explain their process to this first timer. This company has great customer support, a clean & well kept facility, with security measures in place.

They never answer their phone, even for paying customers. They often don't even return your calls. There hours are not accurate. They don't turn on autopay when they said they would and then charge you late fees. Terrible customer service.

BEYOND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!This week we called the office to tell them that on June 29 we would be moving out of our unit & to verify our code as our code previously did not work (and therefore couldn't get access to our unit when we wanted).The receptionist verified our code and stated "you will have no problems with your code".We arrived that evening with our rented UHaul and with friends to help us move & the code would NOT work. No one answers phone calls or emails at night so we waited for 2 hours and then returned our Uhaul.Instead of working to remedy a HUGE mistake (which the receptionist admitted to) they would not budge past a $50 check. $50.00 does not cover our Uhaul expense of $70, nor does it remedy the night we spent waiting with friends trying to move. IN addition, we needed to spend another 70.00 dollars and have friends help AGAIN, all on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND!The least they could have done was pay for BOTH Uhaul rentals as this is a HUGE inconvenience to our time and our friends time. We would have not been as upset had I not called to CONFIRM that the code would work.
