Huge shout out to Amy! Today’s experience was by far the BEST experience I’ve EVER had at ANY spa. She knew exactly which pressure point to focus on my foot during my pedicure. The rice neck pillow made me never want to leave. Highly recommend this location!

I have been going to this salon for years. They have excellent service across the board.
The owners are wonderful and it is always very clean. I am a regular with Victoria, who is super talented! Highly recommended for all services.
Requested style: I normally will show a photo of inspo ahead of time and then Victoria and I go from there!
Cleanliness: Always very clean. With their equipment and the rest of the salon.

Made appointment for my girl friend at 12 , didn't get in til 12:45. Was quoted wrong pice. Enjoyed her technician, but counter service was not friendly.
Will not send her back.

The Nail Lounge is impeccably clean and exudes a sense of professionalism that instantly puts you at ease. They have wonderful new high-tech pedicure chairs, which added an extra level of comfort and luxury to the experience.
Rachel and Victoria, the nail technicians, are truly exceptional at what they do. Their attention to detail and skillful techniques are exceptional..
Overall, I highly recommend the Nail Lounge for anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon experience. The combination of cleanliness, professionalism, and the amazing new pedicure chairs make it a must-visit for all your nail care needs. Thank you, Rachel and Victoria, for a job well done!

Walked out before I was even halfway through. Dude literally argued with me the entire time. First he didn't like the design I wanted. He said my nails were too short (to write one letter on each nail love wins) then because I wanted regular polish because I don't want the drills used on my nails to get it off. I explained that I understood it would not last as long and I wouldn't think that was his fault then over the colors I chose for my pride design. And the 2 coats of base was only 3/4 of the way up my nails. Nope. I'll go elsewhere

Stay away this is the 2nd time I've caught a nail fungus from this place. They always suggested that I keep getting a full. I trusted them. They are experts. Thus the reason we go there. I was very saddened to have to post this. But I wouldn't feel right if I didn't let people know. There options. Thus I didn't get that option... I knew better. I should've followed my first mine.it kept telling me don't go back. Even the doctor in the ER told. But any who be careful. They don't care about your well being. Your a dollar going in out of their door.? Photos on their site if they allow it.

I normally do not give reviews - the last time I was in here Ken did a great job (he ended up doing my toes this time and did a good job)so we decided to come back and try again for mani-pedi. STAY AWAY FROM KEVIN. I have been getting dip on my nails for the past 5 years and never experienced anything like this. I was first taken back when Kevin did not put the clear dip base coat so I asked and he said everybody does it differently, 1st time in 5 years i’ve never not had the clear base coat on. As Kevin proceeded to do my nails it looked like something I could’ve done at home so I asked him to file them down because I like them to look natural as they always do - he told me he couldn’t fix it because it was the shape of my nail. He continued to cut 4 of my fingers up at the cuticle so he put powder on it to stop the bleeding and glued my finger to his and had to rip them apart. When I told him he needed to take them off or have someone else finish them he threatened to call the police. The owner stepped in and had Ken do my toes and the owner “fixed” my nails. 3 hours later and I was still charged full price and not even an apology from Kevin or the owner the owner just said that kevin had a bad day… he said to come back and ask for anybody but Kevin… Avoid this place!!!

I would’ve given a 5 star but unfortunately my nails aren’t the color I wanted. Plus it’s been over 10 years since I’ve gotten a manicure so I honestly don’t want any issues. But the lady was so nice and I had my 2 year old with me (don’t recommend lol) and she was super nice even after he wanted to run around. Even though it’s not exactly what I expected I do love them and would definitely come back again

My nail tech did a great job. Definitely took her time to make sure my shape was right. I do wish that pricing was a little more transparent. The website had told me it would be $60-65 for a full acrylic set and I ended up paying $80-85 (I didn't do any gems or special add ons...just normal polish)

I had a appointment at 2pm only to wait 40 mins to get seated, After i got a nail tech I showed her the picture I wanted only for her to walk away ask say “I can’t do that come back tomorrow “ and she walked off. Highly disappointed.
